It's a Wednesday night in Batticaloa and the coconut trees around us ruffle their leaves in the soft breeze. Coupled with faint echoes of birds chirping, the air is serene. And I've come to realize that Orion's Belt is beyond stunning on the night of a full moon with brief hints of lightning in the distance.
